COVID-19 Precautions

Due to the COVID-19 outbreak, we are taking extra precautions in our office. These precautions are in accordance with the CDC-Centers for Disease Control guidelines. Our goal is always to provide the highest quality care in the safest environment possible for our patients and employees. We will be monitoring the Coronavirus situation and will make changes to our protocols as the crisis changes. Thank you for your patience and patronage and please know that we will always do our best to provide you with the best experience possible in our offices.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:

  • All patients/visitors to our office will be sent to a hand disinfection station

  • Additional cleaning and disinfecting for all "patient touch points" (door handles, counter tops, and other high-touch surfaces).

  • Our management team is reinforcing our company's illness policies so that all potentially sick employees stay home.

  • The entire office is being sanitized multiple times throughout the day. All instruments are sanitized before and after each patient encounter (standard operating procedure).

  • Glasses will be sanitized before and after patient handling

OUR PATIENT REQUEST:

  • Only bring scheduled patients to the office (1-Accompanied minor per adult or elderly patient).

  • If you recently traveled to any of the high risk countries such as China, South Korea, Iran, Japan, and Europe within the past 30 days, please, delay & reschedule your appointment for 30 days after you returned from your travel.

  • If you have any flu-like symptoms (fever, chills, body aches, & trouble breathing), please, delay your appointment for 30 days.

  • If you are experiencing any of the symptoms listed above, and you arrive at our office, we will kindly ask you to leave & reschedule your appointment.

  • Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule your appointment. This allows us to release your reserved time to another patient.

  • We will follow the procedures for EVERYONE coming to our office. It will take a bit of extra time, and we are committed to doing this for everyone’s safety.
